Since its founding, Dalian Xinruihua Marine Auxiliary Machinery Co., Ltd. has undertaken ship repair & construction, offshore engineering, rudder blade works, hatch cover works, dock works and special coating projects at numerous shipyards at home and abroad (大连船舶重工, 上海船厂, 广船, 大连船舶重工海洋工程公司, 大连船舶重工船业工程有限公司, 德瑞斯博海机械设备（大连）有限公司, 中远船坞, 舵轴公司, 钢业公司).

Over more than a decade of operation, our product quality and construction schedule have won user satisfaction; we have been awarded the "Quality-Trusted Outsourcing Unit" by shipbuilding companies and repeatedly received praise from shipowners and classification surveyors. In 2003, the company obtained the Quality Management System Certification Certificate conforming to GB/P1900-2000 (idt ISO9001:2000) Quality Management System Requirements, audited and issued by the China Quality Association. By complying with regulations, standardizing management and establishing sound management systems suited to the company's conditions, the company has grown from small to large, from weak to strong, toward sound development.

Riveting & welding fabrication, hull structure construction, rudder blade manufacturing, offshore engineering structure construction, marine auxiliary machinery, component manufacturing & assembly, overweight equipment fabrication, machining, ship coating, etc. The company can now build vessels in accordance with the rules, standards and international conventions of classification societies from more than ten countries including China, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany and Japan.
